zvmedia.xyz is run by Zathena Ventures, LLC, trading as ZV Media. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Booking requests

Choosing a date on the booking channel sends a request and holds that time while we confirm it. A request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it by email, and it is not a contract for services. Nothing is charged through this site. Every booking email includes a link to cancel, which works until the start of the booked time.

Available times come from a live calendar and can change between the moment you see them and the moment you send a request. If a time is taken first, the site tells you and shows the calendar again.

The work on this site

The reels, stills, tracks and writing shown here belong to ZV Media, Zathena Ventures, or the artists and people who made or appear in them. You are welcome to watch, listen and share links. Do not download, copy, re-upload or use any of it commercially without written permission.

Messages you send

Please do not use the contact or booking forms to send anything unlawful, abusive or that you do not have the right to share. Attachments are limited to documents and images up to 5MB.

The site itself

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is, and parts of it rely on outside services such as Google Photos and YouTube that can change or go offline. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
